Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be made within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, unworn with tags, and accompanied by original receipt and return form. Final sale items, jewelry & undergarments cannot be returned. All return items are subject to inspection. We ask that you notify us in advance through our Contact page.
Please consider insuring your return item. We are not responsible for missing packages.
All items claimed as defective are subject to inspection. We take pride in making sure all our merchandise meet our standards before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Refunds
We do not refund shipping costs. An $8.00 restocking and handling fee will apply and be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. Refunds will not be issued until goods have been received and processed, at which time we will notify you. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cancelling Orders
Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You must return it under our return policy.
Damaged Goods
We insure all shipments. If goods are damaged during shipment, please save the box, packaging materials and the item. Notify us and we will place a claim with the USPS. The USPS representative may need access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before issuing a credit. We will work with you to replace the item or credit back to your form of payment.
